Rating issues

In certain scenes, police and criminals are engaged in shoot-outs. In a cut scene, a man is shot and falls realistically to the ground, face down, remaining in this position until the end of the scene. In gameplay, gun shots are accompanied by blood spurts, though little other reaction. After several shots, characters fall to the ground, where they remain.
