The game features strong violence towards multiple innocent characters. Though players can choose to avoid striking pedestrians with their cars, they are encouraged to kill as many civilians – including elderly characters and wheelchair users – as possible by earning points. This is often met with yells, squelching sounds and blood effects as the characters fly limply over the car. If you add bladed upgrades to your car or use explosive power-ups, characters may also be dismembered, bisected or they may burst into pieces, which is also accompanied by a blood effect. Bodies and pieces remain on the floor. The game features strong language, including the words ‘cunts’ and ‘fuck’.
