Enroute to wed his fiancée Luna on a road trip with his best friends, Prince Noctis is advised by news reports that his homeland has been invaded and taken over under the false pretence of a peace treaty – and that he, his loved one and his father King Regis, have been slain at the hands of the enemy.

This game features realistic looking violence towards human characters. Characters have realistic reactions towards violence with some mild blood/gore shown.

Other issues

There is an enemy character later on in the game who is nude in one of her forms. The character is not human, and after taking some damage she transforms into a monster. Although the character appears nude, no genitalia are visible, and the character only floats around before being attacked.
