Rating issues

The game features very frequent gory violence. As a matter of course, Geralt is able to dismember, decapitate, disembowel and cut his enemies in half during gameplay combat.

Violence against vulnerable and defenceless persons includes a child being fed upon by a vampire.

The word ‘fuck’ is used frequently and ‘cunt’ is used several times.

Other issues

Geralt is featured in sex scenes with several different women; the couples’ genitals are not visible during intercourse, though there are other moments of full nudity.
