Rating issues

Game is played by reading pages (spilt in half, an image on one side and text on the other), these are akin to a visual novel in which options are presented and one must be selected to continue. Depending on the options available this may lead to combat which is resolved by placing cards on the board. There are no depictions of realistic or non-realistic looking violence.

The imagery used throughout the game is much stylised and portrays many of the characters in an aggressive stance, and depict events and occurrences that are considered to be frightening to young children. One of the images is of a woman, although entitled ‘Female Ghost’ she does not have the characteristics of a ghost and has a solid appearance. She has a distended abdomen which would suggest that she is pregnant. She has her hand part way into her stomach from which there is a large amount of blood flow. Consequently this image is determined to be one that may cause revulsion.

The game also contains the use of the following mild swearing / offensive language:

•bugger
•shit
•arsehole
•bitch
•bastards
