The game primarily features gory violence in a 2.5D platformer style. However, when players collect enough blood, they can perform a ‘Blood Rage’ move, causing the game to zoom in and slow down as Aarbron decapitates and dismembers his enemies with his long claws. The majority of enemies are fantasy characters, but there are humans in the first level. All violence is accompanied by a large amount of blood.
