The game, which is played in an isometric view, is solely concerned with the deployment of troops with various disciplines and armaments, with the objective of defeating an opposing force. The weapons used are all modern contemporary weapons and consequently can kill opposing forces with alacrity. When hit by bullets characters will bleed and fall down, bombs or grenades will cause the body of a character to be moved a short distance vertically and horizontally, there is however no dismemberment. Flames caused by incendiary bombs will kill a character but does not cause charring of flesh etc.
