The violence itself is pretty mild with your champion or team of champions fighting a variety of human and fantastical enemies. Combat is unrealistic as foes have little response to individual attacks however they are capable of being blown to bits, with body parts and excessive amounts blood depicted. While the gore effects can be turned off for a milder experience, their inclusion adds to the overall rating of the game.
