The majority of gameplay focuses on finding hidden objects, however this is interspersed with cut scenes that links the storyline from one event to the next. In such scenes there are occasional instances of moderate violence. An example is a fist fight between Frankenstein and another character, and a scene in which Frankenstein throws a spear at the character, which pierces his chest causing him to stumble through an open door. There are no blood effects.
