Characters can be decapitated and dismembered after being shot or hit with melee weapons and explosives. Bodies and body parts remain on the ground, often with large amounts of blood. While walking around certain areas, players may also witness the execution of restrained civilians by Christian extremists. The game also contains frequent use of the words ‘fuck’, ‘fucking’ and ‘motherfucker’.
