The game features frequent mild violence, as fantasy creatures are subject to realistic-looking violence. This often occurs when Godzilla fights hand-to-hand with characters like Jet Jaguar, who hunches over realistically when he is punched and kicked in the stomach or legs.

Other issues

A large part of the violence in the game is implied, as Godzilla stomps through buildings, ships and generators, or non-realistic looking, featuring bright flashes and repetitive flinching or flopping movements as characters fight each other.
