Periodically, the prisoner will encounter alien guards, who appear in heavy military gear. They can take down the guards by punching them, kicking them and snapping their necks, which will cause them to fall limp or fly across the floor, accompanied by a green blood splatter. There is also a brief scene in which a human is seen strapped to a chair from a first person perspective; a man in a white coat approaches and plunges a needle into the person’s arm, which begins to shake as it transforms into that of a werewolf.
