The game features very frequent gruesome arcade-style violence. Moving left or right along the screen, Vinnie meets a variety of both zombie and human enemies, for which he is armed with a pistol, shotgun, flamethrower, grenades and so on. Headshots result in his foes’ heads exploding into blood and chunks. Larger zombies may be blown completely to pieces, and Vinnie can also use a flamethrower or Molotov cocktail to burn his opponents. All levels are littered with dead, bloody and decapitated bodies.
