Rating issues

Moderate violence using a broad range of weapons exists throughout the game and can be comical in an adult sense. Players can have limbs blown off and although their responses can be somewhat exaggerated, the wounds can be quite graphic with bones and brain matter visible and copious amounts of blood and gore. The game also features full frontal nudity which is slightly pixelated.

Other issues

The game features online playing capability which may involve real-time interaction with other players.
