Rating issues

Frequent sexual expletives throughout with realistic scenes of violence with blood. Most violent scenes include a man having his head smashed through a glass cabinet on to some nails, he is then pulled back up to show the nails stuck in his face. Also there is a scene where a character attempts to fix his broken arm, the bone is sticking out with associated gore.
