You play a journalist investigating a psychiatric asylum where the inmates have been experimented on. Most are dangerous and as such you frequently come across dead and mutilated security personnel. You are also unable to fight them and can only hide and evade them.

Violence in the game is at times very strong and graphic and includes cutting off fingers and depictions of characters burning alive. Aside from this there are frequent dead mutilated bodies. The game also contains use of the word ‘fuck’.
