Game features graphic knife attacks and shooting enemy characters in the head will result in it exploding, the remainder of the body will momentarily remain upright and then fall to the ground. The exposed neck area is visible and exudes a small amount of fluid.The game also contains the use of the sexual expletive ‘fuck’ and derivations of the word.
