Unrealistic looking violence towards human-like characters. Lots of unrealistic blood on ground and bodies remain on the floor for aroud 4/5 seconds, skeletons break into bones, with the rest of enemy characters glowing red when hit, responses to hits are very minimal. No realistic responses from any character with no obvious physical harm.
