This is a third person perspective action game based on characters from Sonic the Hedgehog series of games. The game features a number of bouts, which take place in a boxing type ring set in a number of different brightly coloured environments. The objective is for the characters to punch and kick their way to victory. Each kick or punch produces a colourful visual effect and associated sound effects. Once a character’s health gauge reaches red and then zero the bout is finished. The characters all react to being hit by moving an exaggerated distance either up or backwards. There is no realistic reaction to the violence.
