This game features graphic violence, including people being dismembered and exploding into bloody chunks.

There is use of strong language (‘fuck’), as well as milder terms such as ‘shit’ and ‘bastard’.

Other issues

The game also includes gory and disturbing images, such as rotting and mutilated corpses, as well as mutated creatures.

Beer bottles and cigarette butts can be found but drinking and smoking are not depicted.
