This game includes strong bloody violence throughout. The player’s human character fights against a variety of fantasy characters using magical and medieval-style weaponry. Impacts to enemies result in splashes of blood. When defeated, some enemies break apart into identifiable body parts. When the player’s character is hit, there is sight of blood and the player’s life meter reduces. When defeated, the message ‘Rise Anew’ appears and the player’s character simply restarts.

The game also features multiple background scenes depicting human-like and animal-like characters that have been flayed or butchered. There is gory detail, although the violence that led to this is not shown.
