Action role-playing game, which takes place in 13th Century Feudal Japan, in which players assume the role of a samurai who helps to save his home and family from the invading Mongol Empire.

Rating issues

This game features graphic violence involving human characters. During both cutscenes and some combat sequences, characters can be hit with bladed weapons, resulting in blood sprays and sight of wounds. Violence includes characters being decapitated, with their severed heads seen in the aftermath.

The game also features violence towards vulnerable and defenceless characters. One scene portrays a character being forced to set fire to an innocent man who has been strapped to a post.

Other issues

The game also features use of bad language, such as ‘shit’, ‘bastard’ and ‘bitch’.
