This game contains depictions of graphic violence towards human characters, including sight of decapitation with accompanying blood effects. Violence during gameplay is strong and realistic, with use blood effects.

The game also features use of strong language (‘fuck’).

Other issues

The game’s protagonist suffers from psychosis, hallucinations and schizophrenia.
