This game features depictions of realistic-looking violence towards fantasy characters. The player uses a sword-like arm to slash at non-human enemies, causing misty sprays of blood. Creatures flinch and recoil after being hit and can be heard grunting in pain. When the player’s character is defeated, they evaporate into particles with no blood effects.

The game also features moderate horror sequences and images. The general setting and theme of the game is dark, with an ominous atmosphere throughout. Pools of blood and the corpses of fallen knights are found in the world, including sight of a skull impaled on the tip of a spear.
