This game contains some depictions of strong and realistic violence towards human characters. One scene in particular depicts a female character being attacked by a fantasy spirit. The scene has a disturbing nature, with the female character heard screaming and panicking as she becomes possessed. Violence during general gameplay is more moderate in nature, with sparks and effects appearing when characters are struck with bladed weapons. Characters flinch and recoil when hit and then disappear when defeated. There is no blood or injury detail.

There are some scary elements and disturbing images, including sight of a man with multiple swords in his head and a female-like being covered in pustules.
