Action platform game in which a man called Eryk wakes up with no memory and with a mysterious illness ravaging his body. Players must guide Eryk as he fights his way through other afflicted beings and demons to settle a dark civil war between two orders of the faith.

This game contains depictions of arcade-style violence featuring blood and gore. Characters recoil and react to impacts, with blood effects shown. During combat, short animations show the player’s character executing and finishing off enemies in some gruesome ways, using guns and knives, including by ripping off heads and body parts. However, the visual style of the game is pixelated.
