This game contains graphic violence towards human-like characters. Players use multiple weapons which can result in dismemberment and decapitations. There is extensive sight of blood.

There are depictions of violence towards vulnerable and defenceless characters. Players are able to control a young child in some sections of the game, who is unable to defend herself and who can be killed by enemies.
