Rating issues

This game features moderate violence. When the player’s character is hit, there is a pained sound and the character moves backwards. However, damage is shown by a reduction in health, without any wounds or blood effects. Violence against other characters is also generally unrealistic. However, there is a scene in which a mutant character is lifted into the air, after which it is implied their back is broken. The character then falls to the ground.

Other issues

In one scene, children are seen trapped inside the bodies of insect-like fantasy creatures. When the player’s character defeats the creatures, the children are ejected unharmed.
