Rating issues

This game contains graphic violence towards human-like characters. Players use multiple weapons which can result in dismemberment and decapitations. There is extensive sight of blood.

Other issues

This game also has references to suicide. The player can find diaries of NPC’s stating how they intend to take their own lives to avoid being eaten by or becoming zombies, but no scenes of them doing so are depicted, although their corpses can be found afterwards.
