Most violence in this game is implied. There is a scene in the game where plane flies over a town and bombs are dropped on buildings. Large amounts of smoke are seen when the buildings are hit but no humans are shown to be injured. Similarly, when planes are hit, smoke is seen from them, but no harm is seen to human characters. During gameplay, the player will often have to battle large fantasy creatures. When the player fires a shot, different effects can be seen on the creature such as a puff of smoke or a blast of blue light. Number damage can also be seen when they are hit. The creatures do not react realistically, nor is there any blood or injury detail shown.

During the bombing scene in the game, the music intensifies, and some NPCs can be heard shouting in the background. This may be scary to young children.
