This game contains violent scenes which include a close-quarters gunfight between the player and a group of humans, with realistic physical reactions and blood shown, and the dismemberment of a large, non-human character, with visible organs and wound details.

Other issues

This game contains use of the words ‘shit’, ‘ass’ and ‘hell’.

The player and NPC’s can be depicted smoking, but this is not a prominent part of the gameplay.
