Rating issues

This game features scenes of graphic violence, including sight of a woman being impaled with a spear, with blood dripping from the tip of the weapon after it exits the body. There is also strong violence, including people being shot with sight of blood.

Other issues

There is frequent sight of corpses, which feature gory detail. The game also includes a poster in a strip club showing a woman pole dancing, as well as use of bad language (eg ‘shit’) and references to alcohol and suicide. Characters take a fictional drug.
