Rating issues

This game contains depictions of apparently motiveless killing or serious injury to multiple innocent human characters. The player can drive various vehicles and use them to run over numerous civilian characters. While some are unhurt and will walk away, cursing the player, repeated attacks will result in their deaths. The game also contains scenes of officers and criminals engaged in punch-ups and shootouts. If a criminal is killed, they will remain on the ground until an officer zips them into a body bag, and they are taken away.

Other issues

This game features the use of bad language including ‘bitch’, ‘goddamn’, ‘piss’ and ‘screw’.

Some districts include buildings advertising bars, x-rated cinemas, and live peep shows inside. While no alcohol consumption is shown, and the player cannot enter these buildings, some of the signage does depict minimally clad women posed provocatively.
