This game contains sexual innuendo. Zois can start romantic relationships together, and there is an option to ‘make bedroom eyes’ at their partner. The two Zois will then enter a nearby bed and lie down together as if they are sleeping. Love hearts and fireworks emit from the bed, and then they exit. No sexual activity is shown, but Zois can also get pregnant from this interaction.

This game also contains moderate violence towards humans. Zois can ‘pick a fight’ with others, which shows both Zois grappling with each other. Zois act normally afterwards with no apparent injuries. Players can also manually drive vehicles, with the potential to crash into other vehicles and pedestrians. Cars will not be damaged from collisions, however Zois will sometimes stagger when collided with before disappearing.
