This game features graphic violence. When human characters are struck with an axe or sword, they make pained sounds and blood effects are shown upon impact. As attacks continue, the volume of blood splatter increases and impacts can lead to decapitation or dismemberment.

The game also contains use of strong language (‘fuck’).
