This game features graphic violence. The player’s character is infested with a parasite which inflicts injuries, including sight of blood and intestines. There is also sight of blood and gore during combat involving both fantasy creatures and human-like characters.

The game features sexual elements, including a machine apparently masturbating a character, with sight of genitals.
