There is use of bad language, including ‘bloody’.

Other issues

Players can hire saboteurs to damage rivals’ property. Explosions and smoke are seen coming off sabotaged buildings and trains, although no harm is seen to come to any humans.

There are frequent references to alcohol and guns, which can be transported as freight. In cutscenes, characters are seen smoking or holding tobacco pipes and cigars in a historical context.
