Rating issues

This game contains frequent use of strong language (‘fuck’ and ‘motherfuck’). There is also use of milder terms, including ‘shit’ and ‘bastard’.

Other issues

The game also includes realistic-looking violence towards fantasy characters. The player must shoot and kill aliens, which results in small black blood effects. Dead aliens remain on the ground, although there is no visible injury detail beyond the blood.

There are also some moderate horror sequences, including jump scares when aliens appear and chase the player’s character.
