Violence is generally implied rather than visually depicted, because it is usually seen from a first person perspective. For example, the player’s character is knocked out by a punch, although the impact itself is not seen. In one cutscene, a character is stabbed, although the scene is undetailed and the visuals are presented in the visual style of a comic book. There are some brief blood effects and a loud scream.

The game also features some disturbing images, including dead bodies covered by bloody rags and sight of severed arms and body parts, as well as blood on walls. The game has a dark and ominous tone, with sinister music playing, and many locations being empty and abandoned.

In one scene, the player must steal some alcohol and give it to another character as a bribe, although the alcohol cannot be used by the player’s character.
