Rating issues

There is a scene in which a restrained human character is killed using a chainsaw. Heavy blood effects are seen and his reaction is realistic.

The game also contains use of strong language (‘fuck’).

Other issues

There are references to suicide, with a major plot point centred on the suicide of a character. There are also scenes depicting the aftermath of violence, including sight of dead bodies with wounds on them. There are some references to pornographic films, without explicit detail, and text references to child abuse.
