Remastered version of the 2007 role-playing game, set in the fictional town of Etria, in which the player takes on the role of a new explorer whose goal is to uncover the mysteries of the labyrinth that lies below the town.

Rating issues

Violence is mild, consisting of turn-based battle scenes in which the player uses a menu to cast physical or magical attacks towards both human and fantasy enemies. These attacks generate number damage against avatars of the characters, with enemies disappearing once their health runs out. No blood or injuries are shown.

Other issues

The game also includes use of the word ‘damn’. There is use of the word ‘bloody’ but only to accurately describe an item that is covered with blood. Similarly, there is an item described as a ‘bastard sword’ but this is simply the name of the sword, rather than an offensive term.

This game offers players the opportunity to purchase in-game items, in the form of downloadable content such as character portraits, which some parents or carers may want to be aware of. Parents, carers, or other responsible adults should check to see what is being offered before making any purchase on behalf of a child. It should be noted that the game can still be played without the need to purchase such items.
