Rating issues

This game contains graphic violence, including sight of dismemberment and decapitation. There are also horrific depictions of violence, including a character’s throat being slit and a syringe being plunged into another character’s eyeball.

One scene shows a human character bound to a chair, who is then impaled with a scythe. Another scene shows a character bound to a table while acid is dripped onto them by another character. They writhe in agony and scream due to the pain.

This game also contains use of strong language (‘fuck’), as well as milder terms such as ‘bitch’ and ‘shit’.

Other issues

The game also includes scene of horror as characters are pursued by a murderer.
