Rating issues

This game contains scenes of realistic violence towards human characters, including sight of impalement and use of blood effects. Some human characters can be set on fire, although the sequences are not particularly realistic. More graphic violence occurs towards fantasy creatures, which explode into blood and chunks when defeated. The player’s character can be pinned down by an enemy which pops out the character’s eyeball. However, the sequence is not realistic, with the eyeball turning into a swarm of flies.

The game also contains use of strong language (‘fuck’), as well as milder terms such as ‘bitch’ and ‘shit’.

Other issues

There is a sequence in which a character steps off a cliff, ending their life, although the impact is not shown. There is some sight of human and animal bodies lying dead, with some sight of blood and gore. There are references to drugs, including the use of a ‘herbal tea’ with hallucinogenic effects.
