This game features violence towards human-like and fantasy characters. The player’s character encounters various enemies, such as spiders, bats, piranhas and human guards, as well as various hazards such as thorns and spikes. Whenever Tadeo is hit, he falls over, after which the game resets to an earlier check-point. Enemies can be defeated by throwing a rubber chicken at them. Small creatures disappear in puffs of smoke when defeated, whereas human enemies fall down with stars twirling around their heads to indicate this. The cartoon-like nature of the game helps to make the violence less disturbing.
