Violence is depicted using series of still images. For example, a character is seen holding a knife, after which there is a red image of a knife, followed by sight of a character with bloody wounds. There are also references to cannibalism and a still image of a chest freezer containing human remains. In one episode a character is executed by electric chair, although this is only indicated by electric sparks appearing, with no physical response from the character.

The game also includes use of strong language (‘f**k’).
