This game contains sustained depictions of violence, involving the use of a variety of weapons from carrots to rocket launchers. Responses to violence are generally unrealistic and often exaggerated, such as characters being thrown long distances or bounced around like rag dolls, although large amounts of blood are shown and bodies can pile up on the ground. Sometimes the camera zooms in on the faces of enemies and plays in slow motion as they are killed.

The game also includes use of strong language (‘motherfucker’ and ‘fuck’), as well as milder terms such as ‘shit’, ‘bastard’ and ‘bloody’.
