There are some references to illegal drug, including a character saying he has “delivered weed” and a scene in which a man appears to be hallucinating after it’s suggested he’s consumed some mushrooms. Actual drug use is not shown. Some characters are also depicted smoking cigarettes, although this is a not a prominent aspect of the game and the player cannot partake.
