This game features scenes of graphic violence, the strongest of which occur during cutscenes. For example, a malevolent spirit influences a woman to cut her own throat with a knife, causing gory blood effects. In another scene, a man attacks a group of women with a sword, cutting their chests, mouths and necks and plunging his sword into their bodies. Violence during gameplay is generally less strong.
