Rating issues

Violence is mainly directed towards human-like zombie characters. Characters recoil when shot and blood effects are shown. The use of more powerful weapons, including grenades and rocket launchers, can result in dismemberment. The player’s character wields a machete, which can be used to further dismember fallen enemies.

The game also includes use of strong language (‘fuck’).
