These games contain frequent depictions of realistic looking violence towards human-like characters, including the use of fantasy weapons such as laser guns and swords. Characters scream and groan when hit and briefly stagger backwards. While limbs can be cut off, there is no sight of blood or realistic injury. When characters have been been defeated, they limply fall to the floor where their bodies remain, without any visible injuries. The level of violence is the same regardless of which weapon is being used.
